Job Summary
To provide support across proposal writing, cultural work, and strategic communications
Supports the business development and Corporate profile functions at Human Branding, to ensure the company’s leadership position as an innovative and progressive market research consultancy
The person in this role must be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment and able to verbalize their point of view, as well as like working on a team and in a team environment

Proposals and Credentials Presentation Writing
Takes detailed notes and absorbs information from a client brief, in both a meeting and by reading a Request for Proposal (RFP)
Sources all necessary background information to write an informed proposal; including and not limited to:
Conducting research on therapeutic area/category
Analyzing and understanding previous relevant work conducted by Human Branding
Gathering recent proposals to understand approach, costing, etc.
Develops and writes compelling proposals within deadlines
Writes persuasive proposals with impactful visualization of ideas, Human Branding approaches and output, driving innovation where appropriate and necessary
Stays up to date on how costing is completed for clients, including client rate cards and discounts that are offered
Is aware of financial terms and MSA agreements for all clients
Has strong understanding of client portals for RFP submissions and all the required documents
Develops professional and customized credential decks for clients as needed
Cultural Work
Supports academic cultural work for Human Branding
Supports cultural background research for projects, as needed
Supports Partners with background research & cultural work for media requests, as needed
Keeps Human Branding’s staff up to date with cultural trends/ societal shifts in healthcare space and priority consumer categories
HB Profile and Strategic Communications
Supports development & writing for strategic communications copy for Human Branding that may be required, including but not limited to:
o Human Branding Website
o Human Branding LinkedIn
EDUCATION
• Post-Secondary/Graduate Degree in social sciences, business, or marketing
EXPERIENCE
• 0-2 years
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• WordPress, LinkedIn experience an asset
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
• Travel outside of GTA not required
LANGUAGES
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• French an asset

• Preference for in-office work from Human Branding head offices (downtown Toronto) with hybrid/work from home schedule
